Event Submission Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in submitting an event to our calendar! To ensure your event is approved and displayed correctly, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Location: Events should be in the Bonners Ferry area or nearby North Idaho communities. Events outside these areas cannot be accepted. If your event is in a larger nearby town, please ensure it’s within the North Idaho region.
- Family-Friendly: All submissions should be suitable for families or a fun date night activity.
- Event Categories/Tags: Please choose up to 3 categories that best describe your event.
- Image Size: Images must be JPG or PNG and no larger than 1MB. Need to reduce your image size? Try a free online tool like Image Resizer.
- Flyer Size: Flyers must be PDF and no larger than 5MB. Need to compress your flyer? Try a free tool like PDF Compressor.
- Required Information: Please fill out all fields and include as much detail as possible about your event. If available, include a link for more information.

Please Note: Once you have submitted your event, please check the calendar to confirm it appears after 3-5 business days. If you don't see it, please review these guidelines and resubmit. We look forward to featuring your event!
